Stainless steel scrap

01

Stainless steel scrap

With its long service life, 100 % recyclability and valuable raw materials, stainless steel has become an excellent environmental performer. Products made of stainless steel rarely become waste at the useful end of their life. Recycled stainless steel objects are separated in a systematic manner and are recovered to go back into the manufacturing process through recycling. As like iron, stainless steel contain valuable raw materials like nickel and chromium and that makes its recycling economically viable. The metal is economically recycled on a large scale across the world by recyclers who collect and process stainless steel scrap for remelting.

Titanium scrap

02

Titanium scrap

Titanium Scrap (Ti) Titanium and its alloys have found a wide range of applications, including aerospace, biomedical and chemical industries because of the combination of high mechanical and corrosion resistance and low density. At the same time, quality of by-products, such as Ti chip obtained in machining method has also been increasing at a fast rate, but technologies for the recycling of these products is limited because of the activity at high temperature and cost of process.

Brass scrap

03

Brass scrap

Bronze and Brass are copper alloys, which means that they primarily contain copper with various other metals, such as zinc, tin, and lead to form a new metal in the form of bronze or brass. Some other metals can also be added, which depends on the uses and requirements of metal. Strength, corrosion resistance and appearence are some of reasons for the different types of brass and bronze.

Precious metal scrap

04

Precious metal scrap

Recycler & manufacturer of precious metal scrap. Metals recovered include: gold, silver, platinum, palladium & rhodium. Chemical stripping of exposed gold to recover exposed gold plating from printed circuit board trims & other electronic waste materials where applicable. Can recover gold, silver, palladium & rhodium from waste chemistry from plating operations.

Electronic scrap

05

Electronic scrap

Electronics scrap recycling is an evolving industry, which is at a critical point in its development, in terms of challenges and growth. With the continuously increasing production and use of electronic products, the challenges of disposal and recovery of these materials is gaining considerable importance.
Electronic products are equipment or apparatus in which the basic functions are facilitated by electronic circuits or components, including semiconductor devices (e.g., integrated circuits, transistors, diodes), electro-optical components (e.g., CRTs, LEDs, CCDs, lasers, etc.), passive components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, inductors), sensors (e.g., transducers, MEMs devices) and electronics packaging (e.g., printed circuit boards, connectors).

Carbon Steel

06

Carbon Steel

There are four types of carbon steel based on the amount of carbon present in the alloy. Lower carbon steels are softer and more easily formed, and steels with a higher carbon content are harder and stronger, but less ductile, and they become more difficult to machine and weld.

Carbon Steel can be used in various fields for various purposes. While low carbon steel is used for making fences, the mild carbon steel with “medium” amount of carbon used in it, is bestsuited and used for constructing bridges and buildings. The high carbon steel is mainly used for wires. Lastly, the ultra high carbon steel which is also known as “cast iron” is used in the making of pots and pans .

Lead ingots

07

Lead ingots

Lead is a highly corrosion resistant, dense, ductile, and malleable blue-grey metal, which has been used for at least 5000 years. In some countries, however, environmental or health consequences have eliminated or reduced its use in cable sheating, petrol additives. Solder, shot, and pigments.

Lead ingots are used as raw material by the lead battery. lead cable sheathing and lead sheet manufacturers. The quality may differ from pure lead with a purity which can exceeds 99,999%Pb up to remelted lead with an impurity of 2 to 4 % SB.
